Instructions:

Divide the lamb into medium-sized pieces. Cut the potatoes into rough cubes, the onion into rings and the garlic clove into fine slices. Place the lamb with the potatoes in an ovenproof dish. Briefly scald the tomatoes, peel and cut into small pieces. Mix with olive oil, chopped parsley, rosemary, oregano, onions and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and mix with the meat. Sprinkle everything with freshly grated pecorino and cover the dish with aluminum foil. Cook in the preheated oven at 170 °C for about 2 hours.
