For the Halloween salad, chop the cooked chicken breast and put it in a baking dish as the first layer of salad.

Spread generously with mayonnaise. Sauté onions briefly in oil and add to casserole dish as 2nd layer.

Grate 3 eggs and cheese, chop walnut kernels and add to the baking dish as the 3rd, 4th and 5th lettuce layers. Spread again generously with mayonnaise.

Grate cooked beets into small pieces and place in the mold as the 6th lettuce layer. Spread again with mayonnaise.

Spread pomegranate seeds on the lettuce as the 7th (and last) layer. Make monster eyes out of the remaining egg.

To do this, cut the egg into 2 halves, scrape out eyes blood capillaries with a toothpick and then carefully fill with ketchup.

As an eyeball put green olive cut into 2 halves on the yolk. The mouth is made of black olives cut into small pieces.

Serve the Halloween salad.
