For the fussili with meat sauce, first peel and chop the onion. Press the garlic through a press. Heat both in a pan with oil and fry.
Add the chopped bacon and then the minced meat. Fry for 5 minutes. Add the strained tomatoes, a teaspoon of tomato paste and the carrot. Simmer at medium temperature.
Boil the pasta, strain it and leave a little pasta water over. Add the pasta and pasta water to the sauce and mix well. Serve with parmesan cheese.
Preparation Tip:
The fussili with meat sauce can also be made with beef mince. The sauce can be refined with Italian herbs. This is especially tasty.
