Instructions:

For lamb burgers with ratatouille and blue cheese, first bake brioche buns.

For lamb patties, mix all ingredients in a bowl until mixture begins to combine. Press meat mixture into a ring, which is the same diameter as the burger buns. Fry loafs (“patties”) in a skillet with a little olive oil on both sides for about 2 minutes. Top patties with blue cheese and bake in oven with gratin function for 1-2 minutes.

Wash the zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and cut into cubes about 5 mm thick. Wash the bell peppers, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Cut flesh into small cubes. Clean young onions and cut diagonally into very fine slices/rings.

Heat some olive oil in a small saucepan and sauté peppers, zucchini and green onions. Add finely sliced garlic, stir in tomato paste and deglaze with a little water. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar to taste. Let it boil down a bit and finish with the plucked thyme.

Cut the burger buns in half and toast them in a pan without fat.

Fill the bun halves with the lamb patties and the remaining ingredients and serve the lamb burgers with ratatouille and blue cheese.

Preparation Tip:

For lamb burgers with ratatouille and blue cheese, of course, classic minced meat loaves can be used as "patties".
