For the strawberry-lemongrass skewers with chocolate fondue, first wash the strawberries and cut off the green. Thinly cut off the ends of the lemongrass and carefully separate 2-3 layers from each other. Stick strawberries alternately with a leaf of mint on the lemongrass to make small skewers.
