Instructions:

Rinse the tomatoes, cut out the stalks, halve and cut into slices, arrange evenly on plates.

Rinse and select arugula and place next to tomatoes. Sauté garlic cubes in oil, lightly fry toast slices in it, cut in half.

Mix all ingredients of the marinade and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Lightly drizzle the arugula with the marinade, add the Bündnerfleisch to the marinade form, mix well, then spread evenly over the tomatoes, round off with ground pepper.

Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried!
