For the pasta with tuna sauce, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. In a smaller pot or pan, heat a tablespoon of oil and lightly fry the tuna.
Then add creme fraiche and herbs to taste.
Preparation Tip:
If you use a can of tuna in oil for the pasta with tuna sauce, you can use a tablespoon of this oil for sautéing. Since, depending on the variety, the tuna is very salty, the sauce does not need to be salted.
