Instructions:

Zucchini rinse and dry, cut apart lengthwise. Sprinkle the surfaces with juice of one lemon, season with salt and season with pepper. Cut cheese and ham to the size of the zucchini cut surface, cover the zucchini with it. Fold zucchini halves together one more time, secure with toothpicks. With the exception of the egg whites, mix all ingredients for the beer batter until smooth. Gently fold in the snow. Heat enough oil in a deep frying pan. Dip the stuffed zucchini in the beer batter and fry in the hot oil until golden brown. In a baking bowl, stir together all the ingredients for the chive sauce and season not too acidic. Fry the boiled and peeled potatoes in a frying pan in a little oil.

Cover the plate with a large lettuce leaf. Place stuffed zucchini on top, garnish with cherry tomatoes, potatoes and 1 tbsp chive sauce. Decorate plate with a few stalks of chives. Offer the remaining chive sauce separately.

Tip: Zucchini is a type of pumpkin and therefore low in calories, rich in vitamins and easy to digest – just the thing for a light meal!
