Total time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

Instructions:

For piña colada ice pops, roughly crush the pineapple to taste or puree to a fine pulp (peel and cut into small pieces beforehand if necessary).

Wash the lime, grate the peel and squeeze out the juice.

Mix rum, pineapple puree, coconut milk, lime juice and zest and a tablespoon of coconut flakes in a blender.

Sprinkle a tablespoon of coconut flakes into each water ice mold and slowly fill with piña colada mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and insert a wooden spatula (or shish kebab skewer) into each as a stem.

Place molds upright in freezer and freeze piña colada ice pops until firm (preferably overnight.)

Preparation Tip:

Piña Colada Ice Pops also taste very good in the "kid-friendly" version without rum!
