Instructions:

Try this delicious noodle dish:

1. blanch (scald) glass noodles with boiling hot water according to package instructions and pull for 10-15 min.

2. cut cucumber into thin strips, cut corn cobs in half or quarters. Cut the spring onions diagonally into narrow slices. Cut crab meat into small pieces.
