For the kidney bean stew, finely dice the onions, ginger and garlic and sauté in butter. Dice the tofu and sauté. Add Ras el Hanout and 1/3 cube Knorr Kräuterlinge and continue to fry.

Stir in the kidney beans. Add water. Add tomato paste, paprika, eggplant cream, sambal oelek as well. Add salt and pepper. Let everything simmer at medium temperature for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.

Preparation Tip:

Try the kidney bean stew also once with some grated cheese (Emmental, Gouda) sprinkle.
