Instructions:

For the buckwheat burger with carrots and walnuts, first wash buckwheat in a sieve under running water and cook in unsalted water until soft. Allow to cool.

Blend the uncooled QimiQ Classic until smooth. Add the cream cheese, buckwheat, carrots, walnuts and onions and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and portion into small burger patties. Let cool thoroughly for about 4 hours.

Cut the hamburger buns in half. Top each of the bottom halves of the bun with a lettuce leaf.

Place the burger patties on top of the lettuce, scattering onion rings on top. Replace the top bun halves and serve the buckwheat burgers with carrots and walnuts.
