For the zucchini in pumpkin seed breading, wash and dry the zucchini and cut into slices about 1 cm thick. For the breading, arrange 3 plates. 1 plate with some flour. 1 soup plate with a beaten, salted egg and 1 plate with the coarsely chopped pumpkin seeds.
Turn the zucchini slices first in the flour, dip in the egg and finally roll in the pumpkin seeds, pressing a little. Fry in hot oil on both sides.
