A cake recipe for all foodies:

Melt yeast in lukewarm water with sugar. Knead with flour and half tbsp. salt to a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for about half an hour.

Clean and rinse Brussels sprouts, cut roses in half. Cut onions into wedges. Saute in oil until translucent, add Brussels sprouts. Add salt and 50ml water. Cover and steam for 5 minutes until soft.

Stir in crème fraîche, milk and eggs. Season with cumin, salt and pepper.

Roll out dough and line a quiche dish with it. Press up the edges. Pour in Brussels sprouts. Pour egg and cream over the sprouts. Sprinkle with hazelnuts. Bake at 175 degrees for 45 minutes.
