Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Crumble the white bread or cut into small cubes. Heat half of the olive oil in a frying pan and toast the crumbled white bread in it, turning continuously. Remove the bread. Roast the anchovies in the remaining oil until they fall apart.

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until not too soft, drain well and place in a large bowl. Add the toasted white bread on top, then the anchovies with the oil. Season with chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
