1 tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese 3 slice Dried toast bread or

Knead eggs, grated toast and canned milk together to form a firm dough.

Allow to swell for 20 min. Divide into four portions. Press each unit apart to form a patty just under an inch thick. Finely crumble feta cheese and sprinkle over one half of each patty. Leave edges uncovered. Fold each of the unstrewn halves over the top. Press the edges firmly together. Cook under a heated broiler (or in a frying pan) for four minutes on each side. Serve with: a leaf salad from the Greek salad platter, bread.
