Instructions:

For the spaetzle casserole, cut the ham, peppers and onion into fine strips, mix into the spaetzle together with the chopped parsley and then pour into the greased casserole dish.

Mix well the whipping cream with salt, pepper, nutmeg, 1 tsp oregano, pressed garlic and tomato paste and pour over the spaetzle, then sprinkle the cheese and finally the second tsp oregano.

Bake at 180 degrees convection oven for about 30 minutes.
