For the kohlrabi puree, first peel the kohlrabi tubers and cut them into cubes. Put a pot of water on and bring to a boil. The kohlrabi cubes should now simmer in the pot of water for about 20 minutes. Once the kohlrabi is cooked through, pour off the water and return the pot to the stove over low heat.

Using a masher, mix the kohlrabi cubes with the milk and mash. Finally, season the kohlrabi puree with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
