For the soy chicken, finely chop the onion, crush the garlic and finely dice the peppers. Wash soybean sprouts well and drain.

Skin chicken, remove meat from bones, cut into larger pieces and season with salt, pepper and curry. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion until translucent.

Add meat and garlic and fry. Pour in chicken soup and let everything simmer slowly. Add diced bell bell pepper and bean sprouts, cover and simmer until chicken is tender.
