For the curd pancakes, beat the eggs and whisk well with the sugar. Now stir in the curd cheese and finally the flour by the spoonful.
Heat some oil in a pan and place small portions in the pan with a spoon (press a little smooth). Bake until nice and golden brown on both sides and then drain on a paper towel.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
Preparation Tip:
Serve compote or fresh fruit with the curd pancakes...e.g. fresh strawberries or peach compote. Also ice cream fits wonderfully to it.
