A great cake recipe for any occasion:

For the pancakes, mix 2-3 flour, eggs, milk and a little salt with a mixer. Finally, mix in the melted butter. In a frying pan with butter, gradually finish baking pancakes from the batter. Clean the vegetables and cut them into centimeter-sized cubes.

In a saucepan with a little butter, sauté the onions and garlic until soft. Add all the vegetables and thyme except the leek.

Add whipping cream, salt and pepper and bring to the boil. Bind the vegetable stew with flour butter, then stir in leek and parsley. Remove the pot from the stove, cool slightly and stir in an egg. Layer pancakes and vegetable giblets in a buttered gratin dish. Finish with a pancake. Brush it with a little bit of butter. Then bake the vegetable pancakes in the oven at 180 °C for about 15 minutes.
