For the pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon, season the pork tenderloin well with the roast pork seasoning. Place bacon strips side by side on a cutting board and roll the pork tenderloin in them.
Tie with yarn if necessary. Now sear the whole thing and then put it into a baking dish suitable for the oven.
Bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes, basting with soup every 10 minutes – after 20 minutes the meat is still slightly pink.
Boil ribbon noodles in salted water and quench. Fry the noodles in a pan with the defrosted frozen vegetables and season with salt, pepper, yellow curry powder and red curry paste.
Preparation Tip:
The pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon also tastes very good with rice. Red curry paste is usually available in the Asian section of the supermarket - use sparingly, because it is hot!
