Form the yeast dough into eight round balls and roll them out until they have a working surface of 15 cm ø.

Chop the vegetables and the kitchen herbs very finely and mix them well together with the meat and the spices. Spread the meat on one half of the yeast particles and cover with the other half. Moisten the edges and press them well together with your fingers. The yeast particles must bake in the heated oven at a strong temperature for half an hour.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it is best to get kitchen herbs in pots – so you always have everything at hand!
