For the banana kiwi jam cut fruit into small pieces, bring to a boil and puree. Bring to the boil with sugar. After jelly test, pour into jars, wet lids with rum, screw jar shut and invert briefly. Leave jars to cool in a wet towel.
Preparation Tip:
Gelation test: put a few drops of jam on a cold plate, if the firmness fits pour into jars.
