Cream butter with powdered sugar, cornstarch and egg yolks until very fluffy, alternately add sifted flour and pour in milk. Stir in all the flavorings. Beat egg whites, beat with granulated sugar until stiff and also fold into yolk mixture. Grease a cake pan with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and fill in the mixture. Bake the Gugelhupf in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 1 hour. Allow to cool briefly, turn out and coat with the chocolate glaze prepared in the meantime.
