For turkey cream cut bacon into small cubes and fry in a pan. Cut leek into strips and fry with bacon.
Add turkey meat cut into cubes and fry and pepper immediately. Dust with 1 tablespoon of flour and pour water. Cook for about half an hour. Add base and cook according to package instructions.
Whisk about 1 tablespoon of cream and 1 tablespoon of flour with a little water and add to the cutlets so that the sauce is not so liquid. Add salt before serving.

Creamed turkey is best enjoyed with spaetzle.
