For the marzipan nougat rolls, knead the marzipan with sugar and roll out to a thickness of 2-3 mm.
Roll out the nougat mixture also thin (about the same size as the marzipan).
Place on top of the marzipan mixture and lightly roll again. Form a roll about 4 cm thick (divide the mass if necessary) and let it rest in the refrigerator.
Cut the well chilled roll into thin slices, and the marzipan nougat rolls are ready.
Preparation Tip:
Kept well refrigerated, the marzipan nougat rolls will keep for a few days. If you like, you can also cover them with chocolate icing.
