For the chicken fillets with ratatouille, place the chicken fillets in a bowl, sprinkle with rosemary and pour oil over them. Cover and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Peel and dice the onion and sauté in hot oil. Wash and clean zucchini and melanzani, cut into small cubes, add to onion and fry for about 5 minutes, turning several times.
