Boil the potatoes in steam and peel, cut into small pieces. Peel and chop the onion.
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and potato to the pan, season and fry, turning several times, until they have a nice crust.
Fry sausages in a coated pan all around until nicely browned.
Arrange on plates and serve.
