For the dough:


Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes. Put on salted water, boil potatoes in it until soft, put them on a baking tray and let them steam out in the oven at 120 °C (approx. 15 minutes).

Finely strain hot potatoes or press through a potato press and let cool.

Mix well with the remaining ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. Dust dough with the handle flour, roll into 2 cm thick sticks and cut into small pieces. Roll into round noodles with the flat of your hand, becoming narrower at the ends.

Put on plenty of salted water, heat to boiling point, cook potato noodles in it for 6-8 minutes.

Remove from water and strain, melt butter in a pan, add potato noodles, sprinkle with poppy seeds and sugar and toss.

It goes well with plum roast.
