For the filling:


Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough and let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Knead the dough briefly, roll out thinly and then cut out circles. Cut out a small heart in the center of half of the cut-out circles and place the slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake in the oven at 180 °C convection oven for 10 minutes until golden brown.

Let cool and sprinkle the cookie halves with the cut out heart with powdered sugar.

Spread the other halves with currant jam and place the sugared halves on top.
