For the funny dragon faces, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the yolks, margarine, icing sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.

Mix flour and baking powder and stir into the yolk mixture with the milk. Then fold in the beaten egg white.

Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 1/2 hour until golden brown.

When cooled, cut the dough in half and fill with jam and cut into rhombs.

Apricot the rhombs, cover with chocolate icing and decorate the dragon faces as desired.
