For baked onion in beer batter, mix flour, beer, oil, yolks and salt until smooth. Beat egg whites to snow and fold in.
Cut the onions into 5 mm thick slices and season with salt, pepper, chopped parsley and lemon juice.
Pull the onions through the beer batter and fry in hot fat until floating.
