Mix the vinegar, oil, paradeis pulp and spices to make a marinade. Rinse the carrots and brush them clean, peel the lower part of the kohlrabi (leaving the upper tender part). Grate both on a large grater and add to the sauce form. Rinse the tomatoes, cut into cubes and fold in. Sprinkle everything together with chives and let it sit for a short time.
Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all of a good dish!
