Instructions:

Mix curd cheese with egg and oil. Knead remaining dough ingredients into the mixture. Wrap dough in foil and let rest for half an hour.

For the filling, quarter cabbage, remove stem and cut diagonally into strips. Remove peel from onions and dice finely. Remove peel from apples and cut into eighths. Melt sugar in a wide saucepan until golden caramel. Add butter. Sauté garlic, cabbage and onions over medium heat, stirring throughout. Season with paprika, salt and pepper. Place apples on top. Steam in covered saucepan for 20 min until tender. Finally stir in vinegar and parsley. Cool everything down.

Roll out the dough. Line a greased cake springform pan (24 cm ø) with it. Cut cheese into 1 x 1 cm cubes. Mix eggs and sour cream. Mix with cheese and cabbage. Form on the dough. Bake in the oven heated to 200 degrees on the middle shelf for 40 min, until the surface is crispy.
