Whisk eggs in food processor, gradually add sugar and oil and continue whisking until everything is well mixed.
Peel bananas, mash with a fork and add to food processor as well. Preheat oven to 170 °C.
Grate chocolate and mix with flour, baking powder and baking soda, then stir into the mixture. Pour into a springform pan and bake the cake for 45 minutes.

If you like, cover the banana-chocolate cake with chocolate icing and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
