For the vanilla sponge cake, beat the egg whites with sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff, whisk the yolks and stir in. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift it with the custard powder and fold it in.

Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper (30 x 35 cm) and place the tray in the middle of the preheated oven. Baking temperature with electricity 210 °C, with gas on level 4-5. Bake the sponge for 8 minutes.

Turn out the cooled sponge cake and remove the baking paper. Prepare and bake the chocolate and strawberry sponge cake in the same way.

For the cream, mix powdered sugar with cream stiffener, vanilla sugar and sour cream and fold in the whipped cream.

Spread the vanilla sponge cake with half of the cream and place the chocolate sponge cake on top. Spread the remaining cream on top, place the strawberry sponge on top and press down lightly.

For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with rum, currant jam and water until smooth. Coat the cake with it and chill for about 1 hour.

Cut the cake into slices.
