For o’gschmolzne Bohnl clean the green beans and shorten them if necessary. Boil in salted water until firm to the bite and strain. Heat the lard in a pan.
Add the chopped or pressed garlic and the grams, pour over the green beans.
Serve O’gschmolzne Bohnl with a slice of brown bread, dumplings or as a side dish.
