This recipe for a lamb sandwich is the perfect leftover meal after a sumptuous roast lamb dinner. To make, cut up the leftover lamb into bite-sized pieces.
Lightly toast the toast, spread with a sauce of your choice (you usually have Cumberland sauce or a green pepper sauce or even cranberries at home) and place the meat on top.
Add tomatoes or pickles and the lamb sandwich is ready.
