Make pasta in salted water al dente, rinse briefly with cold water, drain well. Cooking time depends a little bit on the brand, it is usually around 10 min.
Mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce with ginger and 1 1/2 tablespoons of cornflour, marinate chicken – dried well with kitchen roll – in it for about a quarter of an hour.
Fry meat in hot oil on all sides (2 to 3 min), remove from frying pan and set aside.
Sauté garlic and vegetables briefly – they must remain al dente. Mix 1/2 tsp. cornstarch with 1 tbsp. soy sauce, add to the soup, paradeis pulp and cayenne to the vegetable form, meat as well.
Bring to a boil and simmer gently for about 2 minutes. Season to taste and add noodles, mix well, wait a little until the noodles are warm.
