For the chard with peppers, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Clean the bell bell pepper, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Wash the chard and cut into fine strips.

Heat oil in a deep pan, sweat onion and garlic in it, add chard and let it fall together, gradually add milk and let it boil down again, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Just before the end of cooking, add the diced peppers and finish cooking for about 2 more minutes. Arrange the chard with the peppers and serve.

Preparation Tip:

The chard with peppers goes especially well with fish.
