Cut the top of each pear into small pieces. Remove the core. Sprinkle pears with juice of one lemon. Fill cranberries into the hollowed out fruit. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Put the lid on.
Place in a baking dish, bake in the kitchen oven (electric oven: 175 °C / gas: level 2) for about 45 min.
Cut camenbert into slices and place around pears after about 40 min. Garnish with mint.
