For the chestnut-chocolate roast apple, first preheat the oven to 180 °C hot air.
Coarsely chop the chocolate.
Crush the chestnuts and mix with the cinnamon, almonds and chocolate. Stir in a dash of whipped cream so that the mixture becomes creamier and holds together better.
Wash the apples and remove the core with a corer (do not pierce completely). Scrape out a little flesh all around to fit more filling into the apple.
Place in a baking dish.
Pour the chestnut filling into the apples.
Place chestnut-chocolate roasted apple in oven for about 30-40 minutes, until apple is soft but not yet falling apart.
Preparation Tip:
Chestnut chocolate roast apple can be prepared with chocolate of your choice.
