For the yogurt dumplings, first soak the gelatin in cold water.

Whip the cream until not too stiff. Then mix yogurt, sour cream and sugar.

Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve in a little warmed lemon juice. Stir into the mixture together with some grated lemon peel. Finally, mix in whipped cream.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and chill. Use a spoon to cut out dumplings from the stiff mixture and arrange the yogurt dumplings.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of the yogurt dumplings, you can also easily prepare a terrine.
