Instructions:

For the Toast Madras, fry the toast in a little butter on one side. Spread the other side with 1 tsp. butter. Sprinkle with 1 pinch each of curry and salt.

Slice the peeled banana and spread it on the toast. Spread 1 pinch of butter on top and sprinkle with another pinch of curry.

Bake until the banana slices are soft and golden.

Preparation Tip:

The Toast Madras can also be prepared with less butter.
