Try this delicious pasta dish:

Cook a short pasta dough with light butter, flour, salt or butter and cold water and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

For the filling, peel onions, cut into strips and saute in butter until very soft, about half an hour. Remove from heat, add salt, egg, whipping cream, pepper and nutmeg. Roll out the shortcrust pastry as thinly as possible, use two-thirds to spread out a tart springform pan and mold the filling onto the bottom. Cover with the rest of the pastry and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 200 degrees. This recipe can be easily modified by using tomatoes with mushrooms or mozzarella cheese or spinach and cheese as a filling.
