Stir through breadcrumbs, cinnamon, flour and chopped nuts. Melt butter at 600 watts for 2 min., stir through with sugar. Stir in flour/nut mixture, yolks and pine nuts. Add grated apple and stir in beaten egg whites.

Grease 6 molds, pour in the amount. Cook at 600 watts for 6 minutes, then turn out. Serve with fruit sauce.
