Mix one cup of whey with bananas, quince jelly and coconut milk.
Finely blend the other cup of whey with ginger, orange juice, mango and chili.
Tip:
When mixing your own whey drinks, always make sure to add an ingredient with pulp that makes the drink slightly creamy, i.e. stewed apple, mango, banana, or for a savory drink, sometimes avocado. And always enjoy your whey drinks freshly mixed.
