Roll out the dough precisely and line the floured tart springform pan with it. Lightly prick the dough base with a fork, then sprinkle with grated almond kernels.

Grate the apples into a large enough bowl, mix with cinnamon, juice of one lemon, sugar and raisins. At the end add the mascarpone. Spread this filling evenly on the dough base.

Roll out the dough for the top as thin as possible and press the top edge of the dough to the bottom.

Bake the cake in the heated oven (second lowest rack) for about half an hour at 200 to 250 °C. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve slightly warm or cooled.
