For the curd cake, preheat oven to 170 °C. Mix butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs well with the mixer.

Mix flour with baking powder and add together with curd cheese, lemon juice and raisins. Mix everything well. Grease the springform pan, pour in the batter and bake for about 1 hour (test with a stick).

If the cake gets too dark before that, you should cover it with aluminum foil.

The curd cake tastes good even without raisins.
